Subitus Casus

In a free world, fiscal punishments prevent antisocial situations. Courts not only make us focus on why things are fucked up - they modify behavior.

When you're running a tight ship, you don't usually have time to explain why peaceful behavior is necessary. Mess does the best it can to facilitate psuedokinship, but you want more time to upgrade their vessel.

Alternatively, one may design constellations of chemical hubs with chemoreception to harness bulls' instincts. This idea's feasibility has not been established nor tried in zoos - use visual and olfactory profiles to make howler monkeys acceptable for humans.
